1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 minutes of placing the order, provided the food preparation has not yet started.
- Once food preparation has begun, cancellations will not be accepted, and the full amount will be charged.
- For orders placed via third-party delivery platforms, the cancellation and refund policies of the respective platform will apply.

3. Refund on Cancellation
If the cancellation request is accepted within the eligible time frame, the full amount will be refunded through the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment gateway and typically take 3–7 business days.
4. Late Cancellations
If a cancellation request is made after the food preparation has started, unfortunately, the full charge will apply and refunds will not be possible.
5. Changes to Orders
Order changes or modifications will only be accepted if the preparation has not started. We recommend contacting us at the earliest for any changes.
6. Policy Updates
Karupatti Home Coffee Shop reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
